<p><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Trata-se de expediente encaminhado pela Exma. Sra. Procuradora-Geral do Minist&eacute;rio P&uacute;blico de Contas referente a suposto descumprimento no envio de documenta&ccedil;&atilde;o pelo Departamento de Sa&uacute;de do Munic&iacute;pio de Igarapava ao Sistema AUDESP e ao DIGISUS.</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">A mat&eacute;ria foi instru&iacute;da pela <strong>UR-17</strong> no evento 19, a qual destacou que a Municipalidade n&atilde;o havia providenciado a remessa dos documentos mencionados, havendo pend&ecirc;ncias perante os dois sistemas de informa&ccedil;&otilde;es mencionados pelo <em>Parquet</em> de Contas.</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">De se observar que a Prefeitura de Igarapava j&aacute; foi anteriormente notificada pela e. Conselheira Cristiana de Castro Moraes, nos autos do processo TC-004402.989.23-0 - Contas Anuais do Exerc&iacute;cio de 2023, para regularizar a remessa de documentos pendentes, inclusive no que se refere aos documentos do Conselho Municipal de Sa&uacute;de, sob pena de multa em caso de descumprimento (evento 20 e contraf&eacute; no evento 51 daqueles autos). N&atilde;o obstante, consulta ao Sistema AUDESP indica pend&ecirc;ncia na entrega de 14 (quatorze) documentos previstos nas Instru&ccedil;&otilde;es desta Casa, o mais antigo deles com <strong>atraso superior a 9 meses</strong>:</span></span></p>
