<p style="text-align:justify;text-indent:70.9pt;line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">Nos termos do Comunicado SDG nº 38/2023, publicado no DOE-TCESP de 06/07/2023, o Município foi alertado quanto ao <strong>descumprimento</strong> do calendário de envio de documentos ao Sistema AUDESP, constando daquela ferramenta que persistem omissões na entrega de dados obrigatórios, com prejuízo ao processamento dos demonstrativos contábeis da Origem.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;text-indent:70.9pt;line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">Na condição de relatora da matéria, determino a <strong>expedição de ofício</strong> ao responsável em epígrafe para que, no prazo de 15 (quinze) dias, regularize o envio de documentos pendentes ao Sistema AUDESP, <strong>alertando-o</strong> que o não atendimento sem causa justificada da diligência e a sonegação de informações essenciais ao exercício do controle externo poderão ensejar a <strong>aplicação de multa</strong>, nos termos previstos no art. 104, incisos III e V, da Lei Complementar nº 709/93.</span></p>
