<p><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:12pt;">Albergam os autos as FISCALIZA&Ccedil;&Otilde;ES ORDENADAS no &acirc;mbito das Contas Anuais do Exerc&iacute;cio de 2023 da PREFEITURA MUNICIPAL DE IGARAPAVA, os quais tramitam em depend&ecirc;ncia &agrave;quelas contas, albergadas no processo TC-004402.989.23-0, sob minha relatoria.</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:12pt;">Nesta fase, foi elaborada a <strong>4&ordf; Fiscaliza&ccedil;&atilde;o Ordenada - Escolas em Tempo Integral</strong>, instru&iacute;da pela <strong>UR-17</strong>, com relat&oacute;rio juntado no evento 28 e oficiamento ao respons&aacute;vel para que apresentasse suas justificativas no evento 28.2.</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Considerando que n&atilde;o foram apresentadas raz&otilde;es ap&oacute;s o decurso do prazo assinalado pela fiscaliza&ccedil;&atilde;o, determino a <strong>notifica&ccedil;&atilde;o eletr&ocirc;nica</strong> dos respons&aacute;veis<strong> </strong></span></span><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">para que tomem ci&ecirc;ncia dos apontamentos da inspe&ccedil;&atilde;o e tragam os esclarecimentos que entenderem cab&iacute;veis, observado o prazo de 10 (dez) dias, lembrando que tais achados integrar&atilde;o as conclus&otilde;es da fiscaliza&ccedil;&atilde;o quando do fechamento do exerc&iacute;cio.</span></span></p>
